Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Assistant Engineer : Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or one of the other qualifications in Civil Engineering as specified in appendix B of Punjab Service of Engineers, Class-II, PWD B&R Branch Rules, 1965.
• For District Programme Officer : MA Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/Master in Child Development/Human Development and Family Studies with atleast 55% marks from a recognized university.
• For Deputy Director : MA Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/Master in Child Development/Human Development and Family Studies with atleast 60% marks from a recognized university and UGC Net qualified.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : 

• For Assistant Engineer : 20 to 42 years as on 01.08.2015.
• For District Programme Officer & Deputy Director : 21 to 42 years as on 16.12.2015

Age Relaxation :

• For the Haryana domicile candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and EBP (Gen.) category of Haryana : 05 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written examination and Viva-voce.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- for Gen (Male), Rs. 125/- For Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all states, Rs. 125/- for male of SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana State only.
