Meghalaya MEECL recruitment 2015 Assistant Engineer Post : Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited (MEECL) invites application for the position of 38 Assistant Engineer. Apply before 21^st September 2015.

Age Limit:- The age of the candidates applying for the position of Assistant Engineer should not less than 21 years and should not more than 30 years as on 1^st January 2015.
Qualification:- candidates applying for the position of Assistant Engineer should have

• Degree in Electrical engineering / Mechanical engineering / Electrical and electronics engineering from any Indian university / institute recognized by the government of Meghalaya or UGC or AICTE.
• Degree in Civil engineering from any Indian university / institute recognized by the government of Meghalaya or UGC or AICTE.
• Degree in Environmental engineering from any Indian university / institute recognized by the government of Meghalaya or UGC or AICTE.

Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit of the candidates applying for the position of Assistant Engineer is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
iii) By 2 years for candidates belonging to Post-Graduate candidates communities.
iv) By 5 years for candidates belonging to MeECL communities.
Application Fee:- Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position of Assistant Engineer are required to pay application fee Rs 460/- for General category candidates and Rs 230/- for schedule caste / schedule tribe candidates through demand draft in the favor of the Principal account, MeECL, Shillong payable at Shillong.
