• Education Qualification :
• For Staff Nurse : B Sc /GNM/Diploma Nursing Registered in Karnataka Nursing Council.
• For ANM : ANM Training Registered in Karnataka Nursing Council.
• For  Medical Officer : MBBS Registered in Medical Council.
• For Other : As per Given Notification.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 35 Year
