Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Cluster Resource Person : Post Graduate with B.Ed/M.Ed OR Graduate in Arts/Science with B.Ed.
• For Block Resource  Person : HSSC with D.Ed. from recognized University and 5 years teaching at Primary/ Upper Primary School OR Graduate (Arts /Science) with B.Ed from recognized university with 2 years teaching experience.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 60 years
